Competence assessment and competence acquisition systems:
Global Beverage Solutions is well equipped to assist you in all or any of the above parts, as both Ian and Clive have been active in this arena for many years and have extensive experience working with global companies in implementing competence acquisition systems and processes.
We have adapted the usual Competence Acquisition Process (CAP) model, to incorporate all aspects of the business, to ensure a smooth roll out of the CAP process. GBS has also specialised in the development of competence guides for the brewing and packaging industries and has developed guides for our major clients.
We provide an assessment service in which we will assess a group of employees and give you a complete report on their competence and their gaps and we also train learning and development specialists, how to conduct assessments and to develop their own competence guides.
Learning needs analyses and learning and development audits:
Global Beverage Solutions provides an auditing service, in which we audit the effectiveness of your human resources development function and conduct a learning needs analysis. A detailed report is given at the end of the audit detailing corrective actions.
Learning intervention design and qualification design:
The staff at Global Beverage Solutions is experienced in designing learning material for any environment and we have developed a number of learning interventions and qualifications for companies or institutions. All of us have had many years in the learning and development arena and have designed various learning interventions (many of which have been run around the world) and qualifications.
Evaluation of learning interventions:
As part of the human resources development services, we also evaluate learning interventions for content, use of adult learning principles and their effectiveness in an organisation.
Organisational design and job description design and alignment:
As part of the project implementation processes, we assist with the design and facilitation of new organisational structures for breweries, designed to meet world class manufacturing standards and objectives of the organisation.
As part of this process, we review and redesign (where necessary) all job descriptions and ensure alignment within the structure.
